Returns & Exchanges
Giulian complies with the international standards on returns and order cancellation established by the European Consumer Centre and the Commission for Consumer Protection in Bulgaria. Every customer may return an order in accordance with our goods Return and Replacement Policy.
Every single order made online in the Giulian e-boutique may be returned by the customer within 14 days counted from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
RETURN OF GOODS
Please, use our Contact form on our Contacts page, and write that you wish to return an item (or all items) from the order, as you must specify:
- Your order number (you will find it in the order confirmation e-mail or in your account, if you shop as a registered user)
- Reason for returning
- Whether you would like a replacement for another item or full refund.
EXCHANGES OF GOODS
Please, use our Contact Form on our Contacts web page and write that you wish to exchange an item (or all items) from the the order, as you must specify:
- Your order number (you will find it in the order confirmation e-mail or in your account, if you shop as a registered user)
- Reason for exchange.
- Leave your phone number and we will contact you to further discuss how to exchange the items.
DAMAGED GOODS
Goods purchased from the Giulian online store shall be exchanged or returned subject to the following requirements:
- The integrity of the package of the goods must NOT be broken;
- There must be NO torn or missing labels and/or accessories of the goods;
- The goods must NOT have been subjected to any chemical processing and/or cleaning;
- The goods must NOT have been worn;
- The goods must NOT be soiled, scratched, or defected in any way.
If an item returned by a customer does not meet the above requirements, Giulian hereby reserves its right to return the product to the customer without any warning!
CASH REFUND UPON CANCELLATION
Once we have received the product returned by you, we will refund the amount in the following term:
- within up to 20 days upon payment by a credit card or debit card. You will receive the money back to your card account.
- within up to 10 days upon cash-on-delivery payment. You will receive the money back on the bank account you provide.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Giulian E-Boutique contains actual photos of the items shown therein. Nevertheless, colours may vary depending on the monitor you may use and therefore there could be colour discrepancies between the received product and the one shown on the website. We make huge efforts to show the goods as close to their actual appearance as possible.
It is recommendable that when you return goods for an exchange or cancellation reasons, you have them packed as close to the way they were packed as close to the way they were received by you. This will significantly minimize the risks of having them damaged during transportation. The customer shall need to pay in advance the courier fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Every customer may cancel an order without a reason within 14 days counted from the order receipt date.
Your desire to cancel an order must be expressed in advance by means of the contact form on the Contacts page, as you must specify your order number (you will find it in the e-mail confirming the order or in your account if you shop as a registered user).
Cancelled orders must be sent back to the following address:

Please, keep your correspondence as evidence in case a dispute arises.
OUR POLICY
All goods that are replaced or returned to Giulia must be with preserved commercial look with all the labels and accessories attached to them. Returned goods must be in their original box. In case it is damaged or missing, Giulian reserves its right to return the product to the buyer without any warning.
OTHER PROVISIONS
The owner of Giulian has the right to amend the present Return & Exchanges Policy at any time, without a prior warning, as the new conditions shall be published on the present webpage.
The present Return & Exchanges Policy applies to the Giulian online shop and to its customers (buyers). Upon publication of any amendments to the conditions, the customers shall be automatically considered to have been notified of the new conditions and to have accepted them.
